At Sacred Pause Candles, every candle is hand-poured with care and intention. We take pride in preparing each order with the highest attention to quality.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays that are beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lidushkakam@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of any damaged items and packaging (if applicable)

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Sacred Pause Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.
